Marbling workshops with Friends / Family.
It is totally up to you how you would like to share the painting stations.
If you are a group of 6-8 sharing 2 trays you will make about 5 marbling pieces per person.
If you are 2 sharing 2 trays, you will make about 15-20 peieces per person.
MORE ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, this workshop requires no prior skills and will introduce you to the ancient Turkish art of paper marbling from scratch, a technique that’s over 500 years old. In this relaxing, meditative experience, you’ll learn to paint on water’s surface using natural materials and transfer your designs onto paper.
The workshop is located at GALERIA 18, Værnedamsvej 18, 1619 Copenhagen V. The session lasts 2 hours. While I’ll guide you throughout, you’ll have the freedom to experiment and let your imagination flow as you create your own artwork. You’ll have unlimited attempts during the session and can keep everything you paint. For an additional fee, I also offer the option to create a company art piece using the individual works created during the workshop.
The only requirement is to bring yourself with enthusiasm and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty—if you can, otherwise, I have aprons for everyone! I can assure you, it’s truly a meditative experience painting on the water’s surface.
CANCELATION POLICY
Materials used in the workshop require at least 2 days of preparation, so cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If canceled after this time, the full price of the workshop will be charged.
