Team-Building Marbling Workshop

A relaxing and creative 2.5 hour paper marbling workshop designed for companies and teams. Guided by Gökce, a professional Turkish marbling (Ebru) artist specializing in the craft since 2014, your team will discover an art form that encourages creativity, collaboration, and mindfulness.

Participants create their own individual marbled artworks while also working together on one large collaborative piece that can be displayed in your office as a lasting reminder of the experience.

What You'll Experience

Discover the ancient Turkish art of Ebru (paper marbling), a painting technique dating back more than 500 years.

Using natural pigments, you'll learn to paint directly on the surface of water before transferring your designs onto paper. Throughout the workshop, I guide the group step by step while encouraging creativity, curiosity, and collaboration.

The workshop is designed to be both relaxing and engaging, making it an ideal activity for team-building events, company celebrations, and creative off-site experiences.

How the Workshop Works

The collaborative format uses one 110 × 75 cm marbling tray, where up to four participants create together at the same time.

Participants rotate through the tray in approximately 10-minute rounds, creating their own individual marbled artworks while sharing ideas and inspiring one another throughout the session.

The workshop concludes with the creation of one large collaborative artwork, which your team can display at the office as a unique reminder of the shared experience.

Practical Information

The workshop is fully mobile and can be hosted at your office or another venue of your choice.

I recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting a few color splashes on, although aprons are available for everyone.

The artwork requires several hours to dry after completion. For pop-ups we'll simply designate a suitable drying area at your venue. For ones hosted at OS SOLO, a pick-up or delivery will be arranged in the following week.

You're welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks.

For pop-up workshops at your location:

Setup time: approximately 2 hours before the workshop

Cleanup time: approximately 1-1.5 hours after the workshop

Transportation costs are included in the selected package price.

Cancellation Policy

As all workshop materials are prepared specifically for your event several days in advance, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop.

For cancellations made after this deadline, 50% of the workshop price will be charged.
